ACGA Clay & Glass National Juried Exhibition

Gallery Information

See my profile on a contemporary art website ARTSlant, and recently applied to be a “showcase” featured artist in the installation category. I was chosen as one of 8 “featured” artists this month and am now in the running for the ARTSlant Prize, a 2-person show in NYC if I am juried in.

My work will be at “Alchemy: From Dust to Form” show at the Harn Museum of Art in Gainesville, FL. This show will be in conjunction with the NCECA pre-conference “Creating Meaning” at University of Florida, March 27th and 28th. Information here.
The opening reception for the Alchemy show will be Sunday, March 27th in the afternoon.

My work will be in an exhibition at the BECA-International Center for Art and Design Gallery, called “Next” in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 8 artists featured in this exhibition were selected through an on-line jury process through voting. The reception will be during Albuquerque’s Artscrawl on Friday, March 4th 5-8pm at the BECA Gallery. Gallery Information.

I will be working at the International Ceramics Research Center-Guldagergaard in Skaelskor, Denmark as a Residency Coordinator. Project Network is a great way for recent graduates to further develop a body of work and also to interact with a group of international artists and be exposed to different concepts, methodology and practices amongst their peers in ceramics. Check it out here.
